Sessions

We run sessions every Sunday at Grange Paddocks Leisure Centre, Bishop's Stortford. Sessions run through the whole year at 7.55am to 8.55am. 

Fees

Sessions are £6 for juniors and £8 for adults. Annual membership is £6 for individuals and £10 for families (2 or more members).

Rookie Award Scheme

The award scheme has Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards, each with three levels.

National Lifesaving Academy

This scheme was launched in 2022 and replaced the Survive and Save scheme. It includes beach, pool and open water awards. At BSLSC we focus on the pool awards.
